2. Accuracy of Information and Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, and images—is the exclusive property of Noor. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our visual or written content without our express written permission.

4. Products and Usage (Beachwear)

Our products (beachwear, sarongs, and towels) are intended for personal use only. While we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will reflect the exact color. Noor shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the improper use, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear of our products.

5. Payments and Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card information, nor do we have direct access to your full card details.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
