Returns and Refunds Policy

At Noor, we manage returns under strict guidelines to ensure service viability and product quality. By making a purchase, you accept the following terms:

1. Return Period

You have a maximum of 20 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • It must not show any signs of tampering, wear, or damage.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions once it has been inspected at our warehouse.

3. Logistics and Shipping Costs

  • Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Noor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to salesdepartment@noortide.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the item showing its current condition.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
