At Noor, we want you to love your pareo. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we make the return process simple and easy.

Return Policy

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Email us at hello@noor-pareo.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll send you return instructions within 48 hours.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your pareo for a different design. Follow the same return process and indicate the design you'd like in your email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
