Returns and Refund Policy

At Noor, we manage returns under strict guidelines to ensure the viability of our service and product quality. By making a purchase, you accept the following terms:

1. Return Period

You have a maximum of 20 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be completely unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including all labels, tags and accessories.
  • It must show no signs of handling, wear or damage.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions once inspected at our warehouse.

3. Shipping and Logistics

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Items that have been used, washed or altered.
  • Items without their original packaging, labels or accessories.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
