At Noor, we want you to love your sarong. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we make the return process simple and easy.

Return Policy

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Email us at hello@noor-pareo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your sarong for a different design. Follow the same return process and indicate the design you wish to exchange for in your email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
